Rentals and Condo Sales
All lease agreements must be in writing, signed and executed by all parties.
Lease of a unit shall be for a minimum period of (30) days and there shall be no more than three (3) leases in any calendar year.
Any guests/visitors staying for over 14 days are considered residents, and will need to submit a lease application and be included on the lease as an occupant.
Once all documents, forms and payments are received (completely fill out), lease approvals could take up to 21 days for processing, as the board should have up to twenty (20) days to denied and/or grant approval. Incomplete applications will not be processed, please plan accordingly.
Incomplete Rental applications are not acceptable and could postpone the moving date. All other omissions will result in a delay in the processing of your application.
Applications must be sent directly to the property manager at The Reserve at Naples. They can be e-mailed to ydejesus@resortgroupinc.com (on a PDF file ONLY), or dropped off on the black drop box located on the right side of the clubhouse main door.
